We cherish all of our clients at Posh A Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home when they come to enjoy our services. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again.

What if I need to cancel?

What You Need to Know

We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment.


  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations will be required to provide a credit card information and will be charged a $30 fee.

  • To cancel, please give us a call at (440) 934 - 5070. 

What if I am running late?

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive late, you are not guaranteed to receive your full service. Give us a call to determine if rescheduling your appointment is necessary. We appreciate your cooperation.

Gift Certificates

Our salon offers gift certificates as a unique way to give the gift of beauty! Gift certificates must be purchased inside the salon.

NOTE: Gift certificates and cards expire after 2 years.

COVID-19 Update (2022)

Updated 2022 COVID-19 Policy:

What to expect upon entering the salon: 

 

  • Masks are now optional for all clients and staff. All clients are welcome to wear a mask if they so choose while they are at the salon.

  • Our stations and shampoo bowls are spaced 6 feet apart along with our lobby seating. 

  • If you have a fever and/or experiencing ANY flu like symptoms, you MUST cancel your appointment and we will reschedule you accordingly.

 

Every member of our staff is Barbicide Certified and each station is thoroughly cleaned after each client. Barbicide, alcohol and sanitizer will be found at every station and throughout the salon as well. Your safety and well being are our top priorities!
